You must keep your security details (PIN, password, biometrics) safe and never share them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Fees & charges
Standard account services are free. Charges for foreign transactions, unarranged overdrafts, and special services are set out in our Tariff of Charges, available on request.
5. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
